この度、太兵衛鮨は6月末日をもって閉店することとなりました。
昨年夏頃から立ち退きの話が持ち上がっており、さまざまな可能性を模索しましたが、最終的に回避することができず、やむを得ず閉店を決断いたしました。
この地でそろそろ60年、長らくの間ご愛顧いただいた皆さまには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいですが、このようなご報告となることを心苦しく思います。
閉店後の具体的なことはまだお伝えできる段階ではありませんが、これまで以上に海と深く関われるお店づくりを目指してまいります。福岡市内にとらわれず、飲食店×海をもっと楽しめる環境とスタイルを模索していこうと思っています。
関係者の皆さまには何かとご迷惑をおかけすることもあるかと思いますが、今後とも変わらぬお付き合いのほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
本来であれば、お世話になった方々お一人お一人に直接ご報告すべきところではございますが、まずはSNSを通じてのお知らせとなりますこと、ご容赦ください。

Since around last summer, discussions about vacating the premises have come up, and although we explored various possibilities, we were ultimately unable to avoid this outcome. As such, we have made the difficult decision to close the restaurant.
It has been nearly 60 years since we began serving in this location, and we are filled with gratitude for all the support we've received over the years. At the same time, it pains us deeply to deliver such news.
We are not yet in a position to share specifics about what will follow the closure, but we are committed to creating a new kind of establishment that allows for even deeper engagement with the sea. We plan to move beyond Fukuoka City and explore new styles and environments where food and the ocean can be enjoyed more freely.
To all those involved, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely ask for your continued support and understanding as we move forward.
